The race will start and finish at Kinsmen Scout Hall in Niagara on the Lake.

All drop bags MUST have your name clearly written. Bags without a name will not be delivered to the drop location.

Your drop bag is available at 35km and 15km. Bag return will be delivered to the finish line every hour starting at 11:00 am .

We partner with The Sweetwater Group. They have 3 properties: The Woodbourne Inn, The South Landing Inn and The Kent Motel. Each property offers a wide range of guest services.

Stay refreshed and energized with our strategically located hydration stations offering water, salt stick, gatorade and snacks to keep you at your best throughout the race. These stations are located every 5km and additionally have a porta-potty available for use.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Niagara River Recreational Trail was created in 1986, and offers 56 kms of trail along the Niagara Parkway by historical sites, wineries, restaurants, shops, fruit stands and more.

Paralleling the Niagara River, the race extends from historic Fort George to table rock in Niagara Falls with a view of the majestic Niagara Falls.
