Race Kit Pickup
Race Kit:
Kits can be picked up at Kinsmen Scout Hall 430 King St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0.
Pickup Times:

Friday, June 25: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Race Morning, June 26: Beginning at 5:30 AM
Yes! You can pick up your friend’s, partner’s, kid’s, parent’s, or running buddy’s kit for them.
Race swag cannot be changed at kit pickup, but, you can swap sizes after you finish your run on June 26th.
If you're unable to race, please stop by kit pickup and collect your race swag anyway—we ordered it just for you.
Race swag must be picked up in person, as we're not able to mail it out.
We do not offer deferrals. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 75% refundable up to February 1st, 2027
- 50% refundable up to March 31st, 2027
- 25% refundable up to April 30th, 2027
Initial processing fees from registration will not be included in the refund.
Wear your bib on the front – we need to see it as you run by,
Parking:
Parking marshals will be on site race morning to help direct participants.
Parking will be available along King Street, in Veteran’s Memorial Park (off King Street), and on surrounding streets
Please do not park at the Legion on King Street.
With a larger field of participants this year, arriving early is strongly recommended to allow extra time for parking.

Aid Stations:
All aid stations will be stocked with:
water, gatorade, chips, cookies, gummy candies, chocolate candies, Coke, Ginger Ale, bananas, salt tabs and energy bars.
Sponges
We'll have wet sponges at the 15K and 20K aid stations. Grab one and keep it with you.

Good news: your friends and family can officially stalk you during the race.

A Quick Thank You
This event is run entirely by volunteers, and race proceeds help support our local community and organizations such as the Bruce Trail Conservancy, the Greater Niagara Humane Society, Kristen French Advocacy Center, MADD and Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Please be kind to the volunteers and thank them when you see them. Many of them are setting alarms for 3:30 a.m. so you can have an amazing race day.
